You may rememeber that I predicted this way back last summer, but Inque Boutique is all but done. If you haven't already heard this, the company was sold last October and since then they've fired EVERYONE including Stephanie Barnard and the Design Team. The new owners have decided to sell the stamps,etc that they currently have but they aren't planning on releasing anything new - at least it isn't in the immediate plan.
Their website has been shut down, and they now sell their products through a distributor with much higher minimum orders required, which means that many of the smaller companies will no longer be able to carry them. They are available at Hobby Lobby stores now, and they've been selling them at QVC and HSN at a pretty big discount.
And so it begins, the fight for the piece of the "Scrapbooking" pie. We should be keeping a list of the casualtiies - Junkitz, Daisy D's, Around the Block, Urban Lily, Inque Boutique - anyone want to speculate on who might be next?
i love their stamps, not that expensive...
