My son picked a recipe for Tangy Citrus Chicken out of a cookbook today. It is made with lemonade and sound great for summer. I think salads and a loaf of bread on the side will be good.
What is for dinner tonight?

Since we have a cold front that moved in (lol - 85 degrees) I am going to turn on the oven and bake a pizza that I had made and frozen. I am adding some of our homegrown sausage ontop - yummy

I sure will but it was not as great as we thought. It has alot of Molasses in it and Nick and I were not big fans of it but Josh really like it so I guess it is a matter of taste. If you like molasses this is a winner, if you don't probably not the one for you. I may try it again with less molasses. Here is the recipe:
Tangy Citrus Chicken
8 boneless chicken breast
6 oz can frozen lemonade
3/4 cup molasses
1 t. dried savory
1/2 t ground mustard
1/2 t dried thyme
1/2 t lemon juice.Place chicken in a 13"x9" baking dish with non-stick spray. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Place half mixture over chicken, bake 20 min at 350 degrees. Take out turn chicken over and add remaining sauce. Bake another 20 minutes.
