Hey everyone, check out this review of the ecraft, new electronic cutter hitting the market at the end of this year.
Sherry, weren't you looking for a cutter that would cut through chipboard? Sounds like this will do that.
I've heard all about this machine and would love to see it "in person". I am a Wishblade owner so I doubt if I will be getting one but it sounds like a dream. I will wait to see reactions after people start actually using them before I determine if it is time to trade in my old for the new.
Those who went to CHA could've seen it. Did you and what did you think in person?
sounds like a dream machine!!!
That does sound pretty amazing
Sounds interesting...would love to see it in person!
I just did a little write-up about this new cutter on my blog. It contains a video clip I found on YouTube. Anxiously awaiting a holiday ship date!

sounds interesting indeed
OK, now I remember seeing it at CHA. The had it attached to this giant roll of paper, showing that you could do any length of banners and so forth. Tim Holzt wanted to see is it would cut grunge paper, and it did. But they just had the prototypes there, they had no release dates. If I remeber correctly, they were several different colors.
I didn't see it at CHA! Tiffany, this totally explains why I didn't see you much at CHA! You were checking out all the cool tools! LOL
Sounds good and looks good, Heather! Love the idea of a thickness sensor. I'm with Tammy though and will wait and see.
No, I was SOOO not into the tools and cutters. But I had been talking to Tim, and he brought it up, so we wandered over to see what he was talking about. I'd probably walked past it at least ten times, but never noticed it because I wasn't looking for anything like that. I had to look at all the paper! I'm not really a cutter girl. Although I do want that pink slice!
