So I just have to brag a little - Kim, you'll understand this a lot!
My youngest son is a college soccer player for Hope College in Holland, MI. - a Division 3 school. Every week the MIAA recognizes "players of the week" in all the areas of sports for that season.
Shaun was named MIAA Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week yesterday! This is a real honor, but even more so since he's played an offensive position his WHOLE career until this summer when his college team went to Ireland & the coaches over there placed him in defense & he did such a good job, he has been playing there ever since - every game, every minute!!!!
