Today being Thursday, I just finished a week from you know where at work. Today is all about me and scrapping. What does everyone else have going on?

I'm getting ready for a PK Glitz Designer's Meeting tomorrow. We are also suppose to be getting some severe storms today - yuck! I also have to finish up an assignment before I leave tomorrow so that means I will be in my scraproom whether I wanted to be there or not.

Kim, I just finished the #13 sketch challenge. It felt good to be in my office. However, I've been up for 20 hours. It doesn't sound that long but I'm getting sleepy.

I just finished cooking up a storm, so I'm hoping after having a productive morning to sneak into my scraproom for a bit. And I need to finish putting together costumes by tomorrow. They've decided on being football players which is cool because we have the jerseys, pants and cleats. My youngest has my jersey from high school cheering and since he was named after my maiden name, his name will actually be on his. He thought that was pretty neat, LOL! But now I have to figure out how to make it look like they have padded equipment underneath. any ideas?

I have been painting all day long!! I've emulsioned walls & glossed the radiator covers & will need to finish off second coats tomorrow...still the wallpaper to get up on one wall too...think I'll still be at it on Saturday (with time out to get the Halloween decorations on the front porch!!), but hey ho it will be a job well done & the hall/stairs/landing will look good for Christmas visitors!!
As for padding under a costume, when my son wanted to be Batman we used foam & rubber bands! It was cheap enough to buy a roll from a haberdashery store & we cut strips & wrapped it round his little body & arms, secured with several rubber bands....he looked for all the would like he had a six-pack & bulging biceps!!

Spent most of the day volunteering at school...parties galore! At least the teachers didn't give any homework. Jack had soccer tonight and I am trying to sneak in some laundry...I am falling behind!

I managed to get my challenge completed but that was about it for my productivity today! Having the fireplace on makes it so cozy in here that I just don't have any umph to do anything!

Today I'm off, but I work tonight. I wish I didn't have to go though!
All this craziess of the H1N1 vaccine mayham is driving me crazy!!
