I just took a shift change in my holiday schedule. Instead of doing two nights on the 23 and 24, I'm now doing 3:30pm-11:30pm today and then 11:30am - 11:30pm tomorrow. Not sure if it's a great idea or not, but dh would not answer his phone to give me his advice!!!

The perks of this, of course, is that I won't have to sleep on Christmas day, AND I still get paid for the 12 hour night, because it's less than 24 hours before the shift change!! So it's actually like today and tomorrow are overtime shifts for me!! woohoo!!!!
