I recently discovered Zip dry and I love it!! But it's almost $8.00 a bottle where they have it here. Michaels has them for 6 which is a little better, however, I found this liquid gel adhesive by the Martha Stewart line. ANybody use it? I bought a bottle to try since it was only $3 and so far it's ok. I was hoping it would work a little like the zip dry but I'm still undecided.

So far it seems to have the same consistancy and working about the same. I'm starting my acrylic album this week and I'll use the 2 and compare and share!

I have 2 bottles of zip dry and I haven't tried it yet. I am a liquid glue fanatic - but use mono glue.

It blows! I bought a bottle of it last year and its terrible. I don't recommend ANY of the Martha Stewart. If you want a good, clear gel adhesive, I recommend the Aleens Gel - its about $6 a bottle.

Oh really? I noticed it's a lot messier than the zip dry...I swear ladies, this is the reason Marci is my hero, she knows everything in scrapbooking! She's like a scrappy guru!

Yup I agree with Marci the MS glue SUCKS.... Zip dry is amazing and I love it. I haven't tried the Aleens Gel but will have to look it up. I took out my YES paste the other day for a mini book and man I still love that stuff.... Messy but amazing for mini albums.

Yeah, it sucks. It seems to be holding ok once it's dry, but it's so wet. It's so much messier. I think my bottle has a leak on the top from poor manufacturing. I'm going to just have it as a back up. Zip Dry is still my number 1 choice. It's funny though, I used to hate using liquid adhesives. I'm a total double stick tape kind of gal, but Zip Dry is always the first thing I grab every time!
