Adding photos to our forum threads!

    There have been a few questions lately about how to add pics to our forum posts - so I thought I would share with everyone how I do it.

    First I post my pictures to an outside source -- like flicker or photobucket. Then, I copy the link they provide for the html code. Most sites provide you with two codes ---the longer one is the html code and the shorter one is the URL code. You paste the html code directly into the forum thread without any additional code required and whala! Picture!

    For those of you with blogs - this is the same code you copy to post a pic to them. This forum works like a blog entry. You just paste the html code directly without use of any additional code required!

    Let me know if you have any questions or if you need help with an outside picture site like flickr.

    Thank you, Kim; this is awesome! Is there a way to add a photo to my post if it's only on my computer's hard drive?

    Anyone else have anything to add to this thread?

    Unless there is an upload feature on the message board part, then I'm, guessing no on the directly on the computer. Unless Krista knows and can add that.

    I would have to say no at this time. The only way to do that is to load it to the gallery, then copy/paste that link into the forum, as you have been doing. Not the same, I know.
