Lea has been scrapping in some form or another her whole life, and it shows.· As a child, Lea loved photos and would make her own layouts out of old magazines, glue and markers. In 1998, at the age of 18, she discovered the world we currently know as scrapbooking and hasn't looked back.

Lea works in advertising by day, and when not scrapping for herself she is active as a design team member for Glitz and Provo Craft. Her work has been published in a multitude of magazines including Paper Crafts, Memory Makers, Creating Keepsakes, Scrapbook Trends, Cards, Simple Scrapbooks and a variety of idea books. She was named to the Creating Keepsakes "Hall of Fame" in 2007, and is currently a finalist for "Scrapbooker of the Year".

Lea resides in Missoula, Montana with her husband Josh and her "fur babies", Bailey and Sadie. You can find Lea's work in our August Azure Dreams Design Team gallery

Lea is a wonderfully talented scrapper and cardmaker, but most of all a very sweet person. I have been privledged to know Lea for the past year+ and was lucky to have been on my very first Design Team with her. I'm thrilled that she is our Guest Designer this month, and if anyone deserves to be the SOY, it is definitely her!

Lea, go get 'em girl!

Lea - so glad to see you here! I've missed you! But I think of you often - at least every time I look at Vika's baby album! Your workis always so amazing and inspiring. I can't wait to see what you have to show us in the next month!

Having Michelle (Kyivscrapper), Elisa, Lea and I altogether is like old home week! Not to put a damper on things....but do you all realize that this Sunday is the anniversary of Alleen's (SageHens) death? I can't believe a whole year has gone by already.

Oh wow, Marci. I didn't realize that. I was so crazy busy and sleep deprived this time last year it didn't register. I still miss her fantastic sense of humour. My thoughts are certainly with her family as they get past this milestone. I'm sure she'd love it that we're scrapping our way through it!
