I had trouble, too - I'm guessing that everyone is hitting the server at once. You might try closing the internet explorer and going back in again. I'll make a note that you had technical difficulties.

Maybe we overworked the system this weekend with too many downloads!!!! Wish I could help, but I am computer illiterate!

Hi, Val - I'm getting ready to go off to bed. Were you able to get your last LOs taken care of? I checked the webserver and we're getting tons of 'out of memory' errors. This is not because of your computer or anything, but it may be because your image files are large.

So if you (or anyone) is still having trouble, you can try to re-save the files as 400 - 500 KB or less. If you are in Photoshop Elements, try:
    1. Click File: Save for Web from the menu bar.
    3. Choose JPEG for a file type in the Save for Web dialog box
    4. In the Image Size box, near the middle of the column, make sure the check box labeled Constrain Proportion is checked - this keeps your image from getting distorted.
    5. Now, type "1000" in the box labeled Width and click the Apply button. The dialog box should now looks something like this:
    6. Click the OK button to continue.
    7. In the Save Optimized As dialog box, give your file a name and choose a location on your computer. Then, click OK to save it.

(As I hang my head in shame) it is TOTALLY beacuse I was trying to take a short cut and didn't edit my pics first, so they were too big!! Sorry! In trying to save time I cost myself time and created a HUGE headache for myself!! I am walking away now with my ears down and my tail between legs hanging my head low! : )

You are too cute! Well, it was helpful to me, because I learned that even though we might have SPACE for large files, the gallery kind of chokes on them, so thank you!

You're welcome. At least you know the system was able to handle all the work it got this weekend!
