Unfortunately, I believe it is true - a lady I know who is on the Daisy D's team said they are not releasing the new lines they introduced at CHA, and they have immediately stopped selling to consumers from their website. Apparently they will continue to sell product to retailers but only until their current warehouse inventory is gone and then that will be it.
I'm trying to find out from one other DT member if its true, but I have a feeling it is. I asked a friend who owns an online store if she had heard it and she was another "cryptic" inferer. She did say that her orders from CHA had been cancelled because they wouldn't be able to deliver by the promised timeframe.

I was thinking the same thing Kim - they picked up L'il Davis and that seems to be working. I think that Daisy D's has too much debt to make them a profitable aquisition for anyone - from what I've heard their collections from Winter CHA didn't go over well and their sales at CHA summer were really REALLY small.
Hannah's brought in a bunch of their stuff at the winter CHA and it didn't sell well - its all sitting in the clearance section and its still not moving.

okay, here's the word from my other friend on the DD team - she said that it is true that they are not releasing any of the new lines from CHA and have no plans to release any for winter CHA. I think its interesting that they went to CHA with a whole new collection to debut and have now cancelled that - but obviously the collection wasn't popular enough to produce. Their booth was very empty when I was in it, but they had a really cute Halloween collection that I wish they would release.
They have a warehouse full of product and they will continue to sell that to retailers, and may or may not sell it on their website again. They are going to re-evaluate their situation in about 6 months and see where they are at that time. Personally, I think that sounds like they're trying to shop around and see if they can find someone to acquire them, but that's just my opinion.

man, so it is really true... you can't really tell these days huh? one day you are doing great the next..gone..so sad to know this
