Dinner was nachos with ground beef - my kids love that. Breakfast was "Lucky Charms" and a cup of coffee. I'm such a grown up - LOL.

Last night we had baked rigatonni with a nice salad on the side...
I just stuffed a mini-bagel into my tummy and a second cup of coffee... running kids to camp, so no real time for a good breakfast today...

Let's see I usually NEVER eat breakfast and the boys want pancakes (frozen) EVERY day, and then for dinner we had chicken with mushrooms, onions, greenpepers, tomato sauce, and topped with melted mozzarella cheese and noodles and broccoli.

Tonight we just finished this baked shrimp dish that Ms. Kehlers a tested and added to my favorite cookbook (she made it for me and gave it to me for Christmas a couple years ago). It's wonderful served over rice, all garlicy and yummy.
