August Challenge: Christmas in August????

    Hey ladies---Most of us send tons of Christmas cards out every year - and for me it is always a mad scramble in November to get them all made and ready to go---of course November is also a crazy month with plenty of other things to take care of!

    So this year my goal is to make at least 10 Christmas Cards every month to help me lighten the load when December rolls around.

    So your challenge is to get in the holiday spirit - just a little - and make Christmas Cards ----here is the deal - they have to be made from the same paper line. I made my 6 cards from 3 sheets of double sided paper!

    ADORABLE cards! I bought some of that pp too! I think its TOO stinkin cute!! I don't make Christmas cards, I take a pic of the boys and send it to Wal-Mart and insta-Christmas cards for me! MAYBE I MIGHT concider making a few cards for the special cards I buy ie. godparents.

    Can the cards be all the same? I taught a Christmas in July card class at my church a few weeks ago and we did the cutest cards (of course I think they're cute, I designed them!!!!). I always wait till the last minute and with my daughter's wedding coming up I should take the time to do some now!!! Good idea!!

    I'll keep you company while you make them...heck maybe I'll even do my FIRST Christmas page ever!!!! : ) But cards, well no thanks! ; )

    Those cards are so STINKIN' cute!! Guess what I was doing today?! Yep! Getting the assembly line going. Last year I got the cards all cut and ready and then let my kids assemble (they are 9, 7, and 5) they did such an excellent job and it was such a relief for me (I'm a perfectionist!) that I decided to do it again. We will be working on them this weekend, I'll definately have to post! great challenge (I guess great minds think a like!)

    such adorable cards! i usually just do a letter and add a photo, but i have so much Christmas paper, i could definitely put some cards together! i'll have to see what i can do!

    Yes, do! I do a pic and a letter too -- but I love to add a homemade card too!

    I would love to add homemade cards Kim, but usually I am so far behind I am happy just to get the letter and photo out before the New Year! LOL! =) But I guess if I got started now, then at least a few people would get a card =)

    i am so bummed i didn't get a chance to do any of these challenges this month! it has just flown by...hopefully September will give me a little more time to play!
