Do you hand-journal or do you type & print your journaling? I used to hate my handwriting, so I would type & print everything on my computer.....but, one day I decided that I could make my journaling more personal by writing it myself. I think my kids and family will truly "hear MY voice" if it's in my handwriting. What's your opinion?

I'm the same - when I first started I used the computer for all my journalling, dates, etc but then as I got more into scrapping I realized that having my own handwriting on the layouts would mean more then just having it look tidy. I still journal once in awhile, but most of the time its hand written.

I do both, but for the most part it's hand written. I'm too lazy to print things out all the time

I like your hand writting Kim, I checked out a ton of your layouts yesterday and I think it's great!
I usually hand journal as well. It makes it more personal, but I wish I could change my handwritting each time to better fit the feel of the page! Really pretty cursive for elegant pages and more laid back and crazy for fun pages. =]

I used to hate my penmanship! Years ago I actually retaught myself to print and write! My BFF teases me that I have the perfect scrappers penmanship! LOL but I don't use it all the time! I like to computer generate journalling too!

I used to do mostly computer unless I was out of ink, then I would handwrite. But, I do think it's a lot better for your kids and others to see your handwriting in the future years. Plus nowdays when I scrap, it's so much faster to just write it out, instead of taking the time to find the right font, right size, etc.

I almost always hand journal. If I'm doing a lot of photo editing on a layout I will type up the journaling while I'm printing the photos.
