Hey girls...this kit is loaded with tons of goodies but I decided I wanted to really challenge myself so I limited myself to doing a LO without pattern paper. For some of you this can be tough, considering I am a PP addict it totally took me out of my box but I love the result and how the photos really stand out.

Here's how I did the paper piecing for Elmo:
I found a color printable picture on the internet.
I printed it on plain paper for a pattern.
Then I printed the image again on red cardstock and cut him out.
I used the plain paper pattern to cut his eyes out of white cardstock and inked the edges with charcoal chalk ink.
I cut his nose out of orange cardstock and again inked the edges.
I added those craft google eyes
    And inked the body.
I like the way it turned out.

This was hard to do. I don't really like my LO but I did it and wanted to "turn it in".
