I know! But since it is going to be SENSE-ational --- we have to have lots of build-up and tons of excitement! It will be so worth the wait!

The contest sounds awesome, but can't believe we have to wait for a month for the first challenge. I'll keep my eye peeled for other chances for pts.

I am getting so excited ladies! I worked on the first challenge this weekend and I can't wait to share it with you! A couple more weeks and we can get this show on the road! One thing you can do to get ready is to take tons of summer photos --- everything that means summer to you! Start snapping those pictures and/or gather up ones that you already have! In fact --- I think we need another "Sneaky PreContest Point Post" ----so here you go. Post 10 (yep-10) summertime pictures to your blog and send us the link. If you post the link before 11:59pm PST July 15th, you will receive 1 Pre-Contest Point!
If you do not have a blog --- post to Flickr, Photobucket or another outside source and post that link.

Hey ladies --- Just letting you know that I added the dreaded "fine print" to the contest announcement! LOL---it's all standard-basic stuff - but let me know if you have any questions! Here it is ---copied from the announcement:
Now for the fine print:
--Layouts must be created new for this contest and may not be used in conjunction with any other challenge or contest.
--Layouts may be posted on your blog and/or in other galleries during the contest timeframe as long as you give credit to the contest and provide a link to Dixie Pieces Kit Club.
--Points awarded from Secret Judges will remain secret.
--The stated deadlines are not flexible with the exception being if the site has server problems --- computer issues on the part of Dixie Pieces.
--What qualifies as a secret item is up to the discretion of the DT member providing the challenge. We will be as flexible as possible!
--International contestants are welcome and encouraged! However, winners will be responsible for the additional shipping expense.Posted 6 months ago # -
