Ver succinct!!! Is there a 'Games Timetable' or will you just post them ad-hoc? With the time difference I'd like to plan meals etc to fit!!!

I've got a question about uploading to the gallery - I haven't done it before - I see the 2010 folder and the Blues Crop folder but from there I don't see an upload button or anything....
I found my own gallery - but I don't see an upload button there either.....
Someone help the rookie!! Please!? LOL

I'm here to help! Click on the 2010 Beat the Blues FOlder and then look at the left hand side. You should see "Add Items" - click there and you should be good!

I'm new to the board so I'm curious if there is a post limit you need prior to participating in the crop. I'm roaming around the internet looking for a good scrapping forum with lots of activity and ideas. A friend posted a link to your board on another forum so I decided to check it out and, hopefully, find my mojo again.

Sorry gals - more help needed....

I have 2 challenges done and I've put them in the gallery in the right spot, but when I go to the challenge threads to post a link to the photo,
I keep getting photos instead of links.

I tried using the URL option that said: **Use this for Dixie Pieces Forum**

Can anyone talk me through this?

When you use that URL option that is exactly what you get - a picture in the thread! But don't worry, we don't mind looking at the picture in the threads as well!

iamalloverit - just to basically repeat what Helen already said.. that URL is perfectly fine we'd love to see the image in the thread. And also, when you do it that way, we can also click on the image here in the thread to get to the item in the gallery.

A funny little side note.. I have been reading your username as "I'm a Lover Of it" ever since you joined us.. I just now took a sec glance and realized that's not what it says!!

LOL Leah!! That works too!! For years I was "iamsofarbehind" and thought maybe it was a self-fulfilling prophecy so I asked friends for some ideas and someone suggested this one!!

Heln and Leah - thanks - I guess I'll just do it the way I've been doing it.... I thought I read somewhere that it was supposed to be a link (which I think of as words - which take up less space).... oh well.....I guess "iamarulerbreaker"

Question?? Do the uploads for the challenges have to be in the Beat the Blues folder in the gallery in order to get credit for it? I uploaded stuff but in the regular gallery and am wondering if I need to move it. I didn't see the blues folder until today. I'm a little slow sometimes. Let me know so I can make the switch if need be. Also do we have to post a picture to the thread of the challenge as well?

Cindy, Kim is the authority on this, but here's what I understand:

You should be uploading into the BTB gallery but that is not as important as the link you put in the challenge post. I don't think you need to move those items you've already uploaded in the regular gallery; just make sure your links are correct in the challenge post in the forum. Make sense?

Yep---that works for me! As long as you have a link or the picture directly in the challenge post you are good to go!
