I just got mine filed tonight --- anyone else already done and expecting a refund?

I filed mine last Sunday, we're getting our refund on Friday. Most of it will go towards our property taxes, but John and I each get a little something to spend on a treat. I think I'll use mine on that new Ecraft Cutting system.

Taxes are due early May over here in Sweden and refunds aren't paid out until mid-June, so we've still got time!

We aren't even meeting with our accountant until March. We usually owe so I am not in a big hurry.

DH filed them a couple of days ago.

DH should file them this week. We had still been waiting on a paper from our daycare. Now we are good to go and should get a refund!!

we haven't yet.....but soon. this year will be different......to say the least....we have stubs from MI, GA and TN.....def going to have someone do our taxes for us this year!

I have most of ours done...dh had consulting income from last year, so he needs to dig out some of his receipts for me...and that may take a bit... (that is why I have been working on a new filing system for this time around!)

My dad does taxes and is already covered up with clients. Good thing I get special treatment! hehe.. we finally have all our stuff, so we'll file ours in the next week.

We did not do ours yet. My hubby is usually right on so we don't usually get a big refund.

I did ours Saturday. The good news is that we are getting a refund from both Federal and State - enough to pay for DS's 11th grade homeschooling materials and teacher support at Oak Meadow. The not-so-good news is that the reason for the refunds is because DH has been unemployed since June and we didn't make nearly as much money as last year. However, we proved to ourselves that we can live on much less. I also was truly glad that he was home more so that DS had someone to be with, plus he is doing all my housework and laundry. So, mixed emotions about the situation!
