Does anyone know how to do a torn paper effect in Elements 5.0?

Hi, kehlers. I found this awesome tutorial on creating torn paper. It's for Photoshop but should would in Elements, too. If you have something for 5.0, please let us know.

That's a great tutorial - I came across that one, as well as this video http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/subscriber/video_player.php?video=161. Between the two sites, I was able to get my technique figured out. Actually, I was using the torn paper look as part of our family profile for adoption. I put a couple of pages up on the gallery: Family, Home, and Travel
