Scrap Question Of The Day: Stitching

    Yesterday, for "Technique Tuesday" on ScrapFriendzy, we talked about Sewing on our pages. Specifically creating a border out of stitches, both with a sewing machine & hand sewing. Here's the link: http://scrap-friendzy.blogspot.com/2008/02/technique-tuesday.html
    I love sewing on my pages! It adds so much texture and interest. Do you sew on your LOs? Do you use a machine or hand stitch?

    I have only sewn on one layout, its one I did about two weeks ago. I used one of the new Bazzill stitchez templates - it was really labor intensive and time consuming because of course I chose the most complicated pattern!

    I did buy new needles for my sewing maching last weekened though so I'm going to attempt some machine sewing this weekend.

    I love to sew on my pages, but my sewing machine is huge and time consuming to set up. I can't wait for my art loft to be done, so I can leave it set up all the time!

    I have stictched by hand and used embroidery thread a few times-- I love the look!
