You're page isn't working out exactly the way you planned? Do you scrap it (excuse the pun) and start again, or do you work with it the way it is and just change your game plan?

I usually keep going and just modify my original idea. In the end, I'm usually happy with it but not always.

I usuallly put it aside for a little while. Seems like when I come back to it I have a new perspective and I can make it work.

I seldom trash a piece of work. I usually set it aside on my table so I can continue to see and think about it. When I come up with another idea, I give it a try. Sometimes there are layouts that I'm not happy with but put them in the book anyway.

I either take apart what I can (I like to use repositional adhesive) and/or put it on the side for a while and try again later

I usually put it aside... I have a page in a drawer that has been there for about a month now...even tried my old trick of switching all the photos to b&w...didn't work...must be a new CHA something that I am just waiting for... :o)

I usually show it to someone, usually my DH, and he usually likes it way better than I do. Then, I start to see it with new eyes, feel better about it, and sometimes they even have a suggestion to solve the thing I don't like. As in, "maybe take off that thing" or "try adding some blue" or whatever. If I really don't like it, I just try to finish it as fast as possible and get it put away in the album so I don't have to look at it any more.

i push it aside for a little while.. then work on it again. when im still not satisfied with how it turned out (this happen to me a lot of times), i don't do anything anymore or i might totally ruin it...i go to the next one

I usually keep working it and even if I end up with it not being a favorite page, I know that it is a page done.
