So, I've been curious, and I think we know each other well enough to ask, now... How did you come up with your Dixie Pieces login name?

I use two, and both are totally boring: dpadmin (Dixie Pieces Administrator) and kehlers (first initial, last name). But, I see other people have cute and different names, and some of them make me really curious! So, marcibun, spoiledscrapper, dwkwah, bethally, and everyone else... where did you get your name?

well......if you must know....my husband calls me "bunny" or more often he says "Oh, Marcibun!" - so when it came time to pick a screen name, I decided to use that.

mine is boring---my hubbys initials and my initials ----I also go by the screen name of scrappeekim on some other sites. That one was given to me by my 12 year old son.

I am boring I couldn't think up anything cute, so I just use what I am referred to in the neighborhood "the Twin's Mommy". On another board I just use my first name.

Well, when I first got started on message boards my first intent was to find a place to sell crafts. I found one and wanted to name myself after my kids Hayden and Susan. I played around with the letters in their name and found out that I could spell sunny day..so when I found message boards sunnydayscrapper came out because that's pretty much a majority of what I scrap.

I've gone by CanadianRed on another board - I'm Canadian and red goes with that - as well when I feel like having fun that's often what colour I'll die my hair.

As for Kyivscrapper - I used to live in Kyiv and that's when I spent quite a bit of time online. Kyiv (rather than Kiev) is the Ukrainian (rather than Russian) way of spelling it. Nothing too exciting.

These are great! See, I KNEW there was a good story behind all of these. Plus, Linda - too funny! My mom (Sherry, as you know) had that problem when she first started her blog. DH for hubby and DS for son worked great - but who got "DD"? Me or Brenna? Hee hee. I think she when with DD for me (and I THANK her, becuase I certainly didn't want to be OD for oldest!) and BD for baby daughter.

those are really fun and interesting stories ladies... mine, very obvious isn't it
it was a spur of the moment thing. one of my lss had a name tag contest & one of the rule was include a description of yourself and so scrappy donna came in mind.. in other sites my name has an underscore (scrappy_donna).

I choose DixieQueen ... well Dixie for obvious reasons, and queen because I thought I ought to be queen of something!
