It just about killed me tonight to buy Spellbinder's dies when I have the same thing on my computer for free but of course, no machine to cut it with so it really does me no good lol I am definitely going to wait until the ECraft comes out in April/May and then make my decision. I am making a list of pros and cons on different machines. The fact that the ECraft uses no mats and replacement blades are on $17 for a pack of 10 is rating high on the pro side. There's also a new program for the Cricut called Make the Cut. It does the same thing as SCAL, but much more too... It is super special as that layout is one of my most treasured ever. I love the photo I took of my daughter and she is wearing my First Communion dress but we made her a new veil (saving my veil for the next daughter...). When I submitted the layout I had no journaling at all but Lori (CK editor) helped me learn to put it all down on the layout. She simply sent me an email asking me about the layout and then she told me to journal it just the way I had explained it to her. Duh. Now I journal all the time, no problem!
